Ductofab has a colossal plant facility for optimal working and production space, which adds to minimizing the time consumed in the production process thus helping deliver material on time. We use world-class sheet metal fabrication and profiling technology to achieve new technical standards for modern air distribution systems.
PRODUCTOMATIC (LINE V)
This is the basic machine which has the capacity to remove coil set, bead, notch for two piece or wrap duct, cut off, Pittsburgh Lock and bend L-section. The central system supplied with this manufacturing cell utilizes a programmable logic control (PLC) platform for machine control and a personal computer (PC) platform for human machine interface (HMI).
DUPLEX TDF ROLL FORMER / TDF CLEAT MACHINE
This machine produces TDF flange that is roll formed on the straight duct and fitting pieces. This system provides an air tight connection using 4-Bolt TDF Duct Connector System.
PLASMA PROFILE CUTTER
Excellent cut quality and precision on a wide variety of material which provides the widest range of profiles for elbows, tapers, offsets, branches & other sections. It has latest software 1000C including enhance fitting, cutting software& support optimization program as standard.
SPIRAL TUBE FORMER
This machine is used to form Spiral Round Duct.
OVALIZER
This machine is used to form Spiral Flat Oval (Elliptical ) Duct
CORNERMATIC
This machine is used to fix TDC/TDF corners automatically to save on precious time and fix corners efficiently.
ZIPLOCKER
Zip Locker Machine is Used to Facilitate Boxing of L- Shape. This machine performs operation to close Longitudinal seam ( Pittsburgh lock) with Hydraulic systems to speed up Profile work.
